Allen Grengs came to our home today to do some work on a new faucet system and did a fantastic job! He was very polite, made great conversations with us and had so much knowledge about what he was doing. He walked around and answered a lot of questions we had about other repairs around our property and gave us quotes for everything we needed. I’m very pleased with his work ethic, and will have him back again. I highly Recommend him if you’re in the Boise area!!! Thank you again Allen:)

Jason was very courteous and professional. The technology he was using to scope out the internal workings was fabulous. I was able to view the cracks and other areas that had never been viewed as one plate was still sealed when this unit was installed. He was able to have me look at what was wrong with our HVAC unit. I was just very amazed but Jason’s professional manor of preforming his job. UPDATE. Andy and Diallin did a AWESOME job installing our new HVAC system. This has been by FAR the best HVAC company I have had the pleasure of working with. They are the BEST. 👍🏽💪ANOTHER UPDATE. This is for Ty that came back after installing a new heatwater to check on a slow faucet. That have all been first notch and recommend this company every day of the week and twice on Sunday. 👍🏽😉

Conner M and David H did a great job replacing my furnace and ac. They even helped me with connecting a vent in my crawl space. Also, Josh S has done a great job replacing my hot water heater. I would highly recommend Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air.

Tyson was great! Checked more than the issue we were having, and found and fixed several small things at no charge. Was a stickler for cleanliness, even when I told him his boots were fine, and wouldn't be a problem - "Nope, I don't want to risk getting anything on your floor - let go back and get fresh booties". Truly went above and beyond what was needed.

I had an old water softener that was having issues. Robert came out to take a look and gave me a range of options. He explained each option with great detail and sent some quotes. After deciding on a quote, Robert was able to come back the same day and replace our softener in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Perfect for the quality of service, great communication, and reasonable prices.

I just had the great fortune of meeting with Russ King from Perfect Plumbing to go over some upgrades I'm considering. Russ was not only professional but incredibly knowledgeable, patient (I had a lot of questions), personable, and sincere. There was no pressure, he simply wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. Looking forward to working with Russ and Perfect plumbing when I move forward.
